The Classic Chia Pudding

I already mentioned that I love breakfast. It is my most favorite meal of the day and I try to substitute as much meals with breakfast as I can. As I am not a morning person though, my ideal breakfast has to be quick, delicious and healthy somehow. Besides of my beloved homemade granola (which you should definitely try) there is another breakfast bowl filled with superfood that I love - the chia pudding. Today I am going to share with you my basic chia pudding recipe as it is the one I make the most often. This is so great, it takes just a few minutes to throw together before going to bed and you will be more than thankful the next morning for this sweet, but not overly sweet breakfast ready to be enjoyed.

Homemade Granola

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite breakfasts. Generally, I am a breakfast enthusiast.  So I love me some variation when it comes to my favorite meal of the day. But, when I am in a hurry, a quick granola bowl with some greek yogurt, some fruits and some homemade, energy-boosting granola is always my favorite to start the day. Granola is incredible easy to make at home, you can control the amount of sugar and by adding nuts and seeds it contains added healthy protein. Don't worry too much about being exact. The basic recipe below is flexible, which is the biggest benefit of it all: you can use good ingredients and customize the granola to be exactly the way you like it. Sounds like a super delicious thing, huh?!
